Training and Support
HealthTech Services will do On-site training with your staff using your data to get the most out of your products.
Training fees: $85 / hr.
Travel fee over 40 miles will be assessed.
Remote Training using web services: $85 / hr.
Product Support Services
HealthTech Services will provide unlimited phone call and remote access support on Medisoft and related electronic services.
Monday - Friday (except holidays) between the hours of 8:30am - 5:30pm
Per Incident Price: $75
1 Month Support: $239
3 Month Support: $365
6 Month Support: $699
Yearly Support: $899
